Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information for Your Order

We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels, which are dispatched on Tuesdays with a required signature upon delivery. Please note that once items have been posted, delivery times may vary as the postal system is out of our control. As a reference, here are the estimated delivery times we have been given for our parcels:

Standard Delivery - Tracked 24 - Royal Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days

Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm: Next Business Day

The estimated delivery dates are applied after the dispatch day (Tuesday) and not the day of order.

Please note that we will deliver to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any late or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional postage fee will be charged. Regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund in such cases as the mistake lies with the customer.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery Delay

Parcels Rarely Go Missing, But Delays Can Happen. At AuHenna, we take pride in ensuring your packages get to you on time. However, once we've shipped your order, it's out of our hands and in the care of the postal company. Occasionally, delays can happen with their services, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you're concerned about your parcel, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Info@auhenna.com with your order details and full name. Please note that Royal Mail has a 15 working day time period before investigating specific parcels. After this time frame, we'll submit a claims form with your details to seek reimbursement for your purchased items. Until the claim is complete and we have reclaimed your money, we are unable to take further action.
